Our
Team's objective is to build a quality, full service Title
agency that will command the approval of all key players in
the transaction. Our goals include:

customer through to closing.

Create a work atmosphere where our employees are free to "Dream,
Believe, Dare, Do", per the Disney Corporation's mantra,
thus creating a thriving Company that is constantly improving.
Competition
and Buying Practices
Our industry's pricing is strictly
regulated, so Customer Service is the only separating factor
between Title Insurance agencies and their related successes
and failures. The real estate agent, real estate attorney,
mortgage broker, etc. must have complete trust in the Title
Agent in order to provide the Agent with the opportunity of
a closing.
Over
the past number of years, the Title Insurance Agency market
has been consolidating with larger Title Agencies becoming
owned by larger Real Estate companies. In essence, the Real
Estate companies are driven by the synergies that can be created
with a consolidated company structure. Although not flawed
in its approach, in practice, the Customer feels lost in the
shuffle when working with larger organizations. Trust will
inevitably break down when Customer Service begins to falter.
Trust
is built by not only being an expert in Title Insurance, but
also by being able to recognize and solve the trouble areas
of the Real Estate closing so that closing can occur on time.
Those successes, along with continuously delivering to the
Customer a level of Customer Service that is above their expectation,
leads to Peace of Mind... in other words... TRUST!
